如果你爱喝咖啡又嗜甜食，你绝对不会对提拉米苏感到陌生。 𝑻𝒊𝒓𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒔� - 源于意大利的经典甜品，传统配方包含了手指饼干、马斯卡彭芝士糊、咖啡&酒、以及可可粉，各种成分最后组合成浓郁却轻柔的绝妙味道。这次我选择用酥脆的挞底替代一般的蛋糕底，重新演绎了这份经典甜品。经典的提拉米苏会用到酒咖啡一起浸泡手指饼干，我手边没有可以用的酒，只能用意式浓缩泡饼干了，没想到味道意外的不错。介意生蛋黄的朋友其实不用太过担心，沸腾的糖水可以杀死绝大多数细菌。如果还是有顾虑，可以省略蛋黄，但是风味会有一定的影响。提拉米苏挞组装好以后放入冰箱冷藏12小时以上口感更佳，食用之前再撒上可可粉即可。 *配方可以做大约四个四寸大小的挞感谢观看我的视频，喜欢这支视频的朋友请点赞，转发，关注我的频道。 Thanks for watching the video!
